Hope everyone had a nice weekend.
Time for week 6 of Iso-Fit to start. If anyone has been filling out their training diaries I'd love to see photos of them in the comments section or via PM.
6️⃣ Rounds of the following
🔴 20 Box Jumps / 40 Step Ups
🔵 20 Shoulder Taps
🔴 30 Star Jumps
🔵 10 Press Ups
🔴 10 Rower Sit-Ups
🔵 30 Mountain Climbers
🔴 10 Russian Twists
Challenge is 6 rounds of the workout above as quick as you can, emphasis is on quality, if you're burst after 3, 4 or 5 sets just stop there, no judgement, do what YOU can do. If the number of reps is too hard, drop it down in increments of 5 to make it more manageable.
There's NO TIME LIMIT, just get it done at a pace that suits you. It should however be completed in under 20 minutes if possible to maintain intensity.
