Complete workout below as many times as you can in 10 minutes. Number of rounds is your score. For example if you're on exercise 3 in round 6 when timer stops you're score is 6.2 for last completed exercise.

🔸️ make harder by doing gymnastic star jumps (your kids should know these from OJ)

🔴 20 Flutter Kicks
