Challenge is 6 rounds of the workout above as quick as you can, emphasis is on quality, if you're burst after 3, 4 or 5 sets just stop there, no judgement, do what YOU can do. If the number of reps is too hard, drop it down in increments of 5 to make it more manageable.
There's NO TIME LIMIT, just get it done at a pace that suits you. It should however be completed in under 20 minutes if possible to maintain intensity.
